Name the outcome
Describe what you want to have when the task is finished: a short outline, a comparison table, or a first draft. State who will read it and what they need to understand.
Share the boundaries
Provide source material you are allowed to share. Explain the tone, length, and claims that need checking. Keep private information out of a prompt unless you have confirmed the service is appropriate for it.
Review before using
Treat the result as a working draft. Verify names, figures, quotations, and links against original sources. Keep the parts that help and rewrite the parts that do not.
